The kitchen appliances are new, and it's fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy cooking and hanging out at home. As dog lovers, of course your dog is welcome. There is a dog door to the back yard, brand new very secure fencing, we have supplies on hand (food/water bowls, poop bags), and this is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods for dog walking you can find. The exterior is pure vintage Bungalow, and the interior is modern and updated, with everything you need for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Step outside to the large park-like garden, which is fenced, private, and secure. It's complete with lawns, flowers, a giant beautiful elm tree and an additional covered patio with a seating area where you can hang out and BBQ, relax or even work. It's like having an additional room of the house and you'll wind up spending lots of time there! There is a gardener who comes weekly, so you can fully enjoy the beauty of the garden, stress-free. Your dog will love it too and has access to the yard through the installed dog door. The Elmhurst neighborhood is quiet and safe (38% safer than the rest of Sacramento), and we have a Smart Lock entry, Ring doorbell/camera, solar garden lights, and motion sensor security lights (front and back) for your safety and convenience. This house is somewhere you can feel relaxed, happy, safe and very much at home! For leases under 3 months: Owner pays water, garbage. Tenant pays wifi, electricity and gas. For leases over 3 months: tenant pays all utilities. Dog is welcome (!), but let's discuss. Pet deposit applies. Absolutely no smoking.
