This camper is very cozy and up to date it comes with 2 beds, kitchen, bathroom, 2 tvs with satellite for 70 free channels, microwave, fridge, and all your kitchen essentials...it's like a Airbnb setup it's does come with nice and clean bedding and towels or you can provide your own. We are kid and pet friendly This camper may be rented out at your convenience. We rent this family style camper by the week, month to month, or monthly. Pet's are allowed with a small pet deposit $150. There is a $50 application fee per adult 18 and over non refundable $1,050 is the monthly amount and if rented monthly you will need to pay $1,050 deposit same as one months rent move-in.
