Renter is responsible for clearing drains through the J-traps in kitchens and bathrooms if they become clogged. Renter is responsible for all light bulb replacements. If a window glass is broken during your stay, you are responsible to get it fixed. The house has a security system and electronic lock. You may use these if you wish to maintain them. We will not fix or fiddle with them, as you can turn them off and use physical keys for access and ignore the security system if you wish. Laundry machines, microwave, and the existing fridge/freezer can stay in the unit for your use at our goodwill, but renter will be responsible for maintaining them. If they break, renter will be responsible to get them repaired. If repair is too expensive and renter wishes to instead buy their own machines, renter will be responsible for getting the affected appliances moved to our storage location nearby. Alternatively, you can bring your own appliances at move in and we will remove the existing ones at the outset.
