You are close to bars and restaurants, a quick hop to the highways for commuters, and near the historic St. Roch Cemetery (quiet neighbors!) Cats and small dogs welcome. The roof sustained damage during Hurricane Ida which is currently being fixed. There may be some flexibility around move in date depending on when the work is done. Tenant pays utilities
