The bedroom for rent is downstairs and shares a bathroom on that floor with one other roommate. It's the second largest bedroom in the house and has plenty of closet space. The room can be left furnished or unfurnished (pictured above!). I'll be moving out of that room so I'd be willing to sell and leave the furniture for cheap - it's in great condition. Other amenities: In house laundry, patio/deck with bbq and furniture, and a huge kitchen! Parking space in the garage is available for an additional monthly cost, but street parking is also easily available. We're less than 10 minutes from Manhattan, Hermosa, and Redondo downtown/piers. Short ubers to bars and restaurants but also close to the 405 to make commuting easy. There's also a running trail half a block from the house.
