This is a finished basement with a half bath, Microwave, and refrigerator. The ceiling is only 6'2 . There are two a small closets. It stays cool in the summer and warm in winter. It is a fairly large area compared to just a room. It can be set up like an efficiency. Shower is upstairs. There are two windows at the front of the house. No drinking or drugs allowed. I will inspect area bi-weekly for cleanliness. I do not want bugs in my house so keep it clean. The basement has a half bath. The steps are narrow so it's nearly impossible to get furniture down there. There is a couch and a large screen tv in the basement. I might be purchasing a single bed for the room. I do not like strangers in my house. If you have company, there must be an introduction. You have access to my home so this is a must. You will have limited use of the washer and dryer. There is no smoking in the house. If yousmoke you can smoke on the back porch.
