I DO NO collect application fees of any kind OPEN HOUSE ON SATURDAY 10AM (February 7th) The house is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom with a bit over 1000 sq.ft. size I require a security deposit ($1200), 1st month of rent, background check (provided and paid by the applicant) Pets may be allowed upon request (fees may apply) To save your time and ours - if you have an eviction we will 100% not work with you on renting out our property. We have been through this and we will never put ourselves through this type of stress again.
