Move in date could be Nov. 1st but could also be earlier if you need to be out by the end of the month. I would prefer the lease to turn over sometime in the summer with option to renew - so about a 10 month lease. The apartment used to have a window air conditioning unit only but in the spring I will be putting in mini-splits.
