Studio space/former master bedroom w/ private entrance off of garden patio. Lots of nature surrounding you and its very quiet. One bath. Incl. utii. and wi-fi. Property offers two pools, jacuzzis, pickle ball court, golf, nature trails, hiking and walking. Close to shopping (Trader Joes, Sephora, Gap, Tj Maxx, Kohls, etc.) Laundromat 5 min away). I live in rest of condo (we share some walls), own it, and work from home. Must be working, have a car, quiet and responsible. For one person only (no overnight guests), drugs (alcohol.cbd), parties, drama...no exceptions. Small dog ok but lots of coyotes (day and night) here. Quiet environment for a peaceful person (tv on earphones when I am home not necessary if I am out). I do not watch TV. It's a great place for meditation. Owner pays utilities and HOA. I work from home, spiritually oriented, meditate, vegetarian, quiet lifestyle, no TV. I have a small dog (shih-tzu) who barks occasionally. One parking space included. No drugs (alcohol. cbd), parties, overnight guests (ask if family member from out of town). For one person who enjoys peace and quiet (no couples). Responsible working person with own car. Month-to-month rental but prefer long term tenant.
