On your site you state house last sold in 1997 for $27K. I bought the house and currently own it, HOWEVER that information about the sales price in 1997 is INCORRECT!! Please correct your information. I do not recall the exact price I paid but as I recall it was over $70K No, I am not interested in selling, I am not interested in buying other property, just in getting your facts correct. Thank You
