This is a TINY home/travel camper, about 16' long with AC and portable heater. Less than 10 min from old town Placerville. This camper was completely renovated inside and out. It's parked at our small ranch, behind our fenced main structures, overlooking the seasonal pond and beautiful oak trees. It's close to the veggie garden, chicken coop and the goat barn/corral where the chickens also free range. Inside there is a small bathroom with flushing toilet (connected to our septic) and shower, comfy full size bed, a kitchen with double sink (and the only sink in the camper), original stove (no oven), mini fridge and microwave. There is a closet, space under the bed and a bench that can serve as sitting or extra storage space. Just outside, there is a dining area with a propane grill and a fire pit. Everything is facing west(ish) so the sunsets behind the trees are beautiful! Some of the personal items in the pictures won't be available as this was set up as an Airbb before, but they may be negotiated. Laundry room and parking are available at the property. This is an opportunity for ONE PERSON ONLY due to the size. We can accept one pet, maximum 60 lbs at no extra cost, only a pet deposit will be negotiated. Included on the rent: internet, water.
