Master bedroom has a bathroom. 2 additional bedrooms upstairs with an extra room downstairs in the basement. Large laundry room and storage room downstairs, but laundry machine is not included. Rear deck is accessible through the kitchen. Very spacious and clean duplex in a nice neighborhood. The neighbors living in the other side are an elderly couple who have been here for years. They're friendly and quiet. We are just a family that owns a couple duplexes and not a rental management company. I'm happy to talk with you and come to an agreement if you have any requests and questions. I'm a mid 30's guy living overseas but born and raised in Saint Joseph and my parents take care of the tenants and call a handyman when needed. If anything breaks or needs fixing, you can expect it to be taken care of in an urgent manner. Look forward to hearing from you! Schools are Eugene Field, Truman and Central as far as I know...but might need to double check if the schools zones have changed. We will take care of trash and lawn service. The tenant takes care of utilities. 1 year lease, but if you stay longer your rent will never increase. Weekend is best to show the house, but some weeknights will work also! Please call only between 4pm-8pm on weekdays, and anytime on weekends is okay. you can send the text in the morning or afternoon, but you will likely not get a response until after 4pm.
