We are relocating to Denver in February 2022 are are looking to sublet our 1 Bedroom/1Bathroom Apartment at Logan Apartments. The building has been great to live in for the last year! It includes a door person, fitness center, pool deck, grilling stations, business center, dog run and game room (which are located all on our floor!). We have a corner unit, so we get plenty of great sunlight! Currently, we pay $2,750 (including a pet fee), but we have 1-month free remaining, which brings down the total to $2,150/month! The lease runs on 6/25/22, and we are open to starting the sublease around 1/29/22. We'd be looking for a half month security deposit, and the application fee with the building is $30. You'll have the opportunity to re-sign with the building whenever you would like.
