We are located on Friars Road in Mission Valley, conveniently located near the 15, 8 and 163 Freeways and about 10-15 minutes away from Downtown and the beaches. We have Courtesy Patrol in the evenings when the office is closed and we have a great Maintenance Team here, so anything from a light bulb that goes out to a drippy faucet, Maintenance will come out and fix it within 24 hours. As far as amenities, we have a resort-style pool and spa with amazing views of the Valley, a 24-hour Fitness Center and 24-hour Business Center with 6 internet-ready computers and printer/fax/copier free for residents to use. We also have a Club Room with a billiards table, TV and full kitchen. This is where we host our cooking classes (once a month) and fitness classes (2x/week) which are all complimentary to residents. The Club Room can also be rented out for private parties for $75. The grounds at Portofino are kept up beautifully. There is a charming bridge in the middle of the community that features a walkway which leads to a gate-accessed tunnel. The tunnel takes you underneath Friars Road and pops you out into the Costco & Ikea shopping center right across the street which has a Starbucks, many restaurants and even a Margarita Bar.
