10 acres 9+ acres high land 1/2 + acre low land. The county has it listed at 9.6 acres but It grew to 10+ when they vacated keystone ave. I have two surveys 1 as 9 + acres and 1 with a 3 lot subdivision. My plan was to build live in and flip 3 houses but I was 15 years younger then. The center of the 10 acres has a septic area at the back of the property the lot is perfect for a walkout basement close to the septic area. Most of the property is planted in alfalfa and harvested by a local farmer. I have a good closer and I don’t need a realtor.
