Conveniently located near a bus route and within walking distance of downtown Moline restaurants and bars Ben Butterworth Parkway and Riverside Park. Only a 7-minute drive to the Rock Island Arsenal. There the barn on the property will be retained for owner's use. This property is NON SMOKING indoors. Landlord/Owner recently completed the City of Moline Police Department Crime Free Housing training. Property manager lives on 6th Avenue. The house is owned and managed by people who care about our tenants and our property. One-year lease required with month-to-month option after one-year lease. Water, garbage & recycling bins, weekly lawn mowing, and snow removal from public sidewalk are included in rental price. Tenant is responsible for obtaining and paying for gas & electric service. We require background, credit and eviction check. Each prospective tenant 18-years old or older must pay $30 for full background check done through third party service myrental.com. Pets are considered with a $200 non-refundable damage deposit per animal. Pets must have current veterinary records and be up to date on rabies vaccinations. Dogs and cats must be registered with the City of Moline prior to moving in. We cannot accept dog breeds of Bull Terrier (aka Pit-bulls), Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Mastiffs, Akitas due to insurance reasons.
