If you are as innovative as me you live here free because that's worth a ton more than a few bucks)]. 650$ a month (month to month basis until I know your art work etc. you propose fits and is executed while not destroying too much of the property). Shorter artist in residence stays available. Just bought this 1865 gold brick house with a security system as my new studio and am looking to collaborate on a tour. 48$ a night rental is also available to amend the 650$ as needed for extra visitors and artwork etc. if it is needed. 650$ a month gets you a room and open studios etc. to make artwork etc.. 650$ extra deposit and 650$ last months rent (unless you are super innovative, more so than me, then the room is free). It is 650$ a month but is set on a month to month basis initially (to only make sure your artwork etc. is not in too destructive).
