very nice quiet neighborhood. great if kids in high school 3/10 mile on foot or bike to buchholz. home has mostly new flooring and kitchen and roof and paint and sunroom. nearly new metal roof, never have to put on roof again. vaulted ceilings, nice shed included. large garage with new door and opener. house in great shape. great neighbors. sprinkler system and security alarm as well. split plan with master on one side 2 bedrooms on other. i bike to pubix, cvs, so many other stores, and very little traffic to work from here. i love this part of town. also walk to northwood baptist for church. so close to everything.
