Security dispatch incurs a $200 fee; repeated issues may lead to eviction. -Cleaning Please clean up after yourself. Excessive mess: $300 fee. Unwashed dishes: $20 fee. -Pets (Dogs Only) Up to 2 dogs allowed with prior approval. $99 per pet per stay. Pets must be crated if left alone and cleaned up after. Strictly: Don't let your pets poo anywhere the property. We will require additional cleaning fee for that. -Trash Please bag and dispose of trash properly. Owner pays for utilities. Small pets allowed (under 20 pounds). No smoking. There's a designated parking space 2 feet from the front door. Parking space is on site and directly in front of the unit (on the right of the parking lot) There is also street parking for additional cars Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. 30 day minimum. Cleaning fee $200. For the well-being of all, smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit. Any violation, whether discovered during your stay or at checkout, incurs a $500 fine, in addition to applicable fees.
