Solar power so little to no power bill. Recently remodeled 20th century home with a rich history. At one time it was a local general store, they even made wine from the grapes and mulberries that still grow on the property. 3 bed room 2 bath with plenty of open space. Very friendly and quiet area of pueblo. A short walk to a park for the animals and a quick drive to stores, bars and other parks. A hop and a skip to the highway. Plenty of storage in the shed out back or in the cellars. Fenced in yard so you can keep your animals safe. Two gardens one raised and another filled. There is solar so you won't have much of an energy bill each month. Central heating and window ac units. I kept my windows open in the winter and the ac kept me cool enough in the summer. Animals welcome. Pot is fine but please do it outside. No drugs. Quiet family friendly neighborhood. Animals allowed(small deposit and reasonable pet rent,) you can even have a chicken coop if you feel like it. I'm ok with Marijuana, just no growing. Smoke outside please.
