This is a great home if you want to be in nature, full access to the Cedar River. The home is located on the West side of Maple Valley, you won't have as much traffic on Maple Valley Highway, Also easy access to highway 18. The house doesn't have a garage, it was converted to a living room. Plenty of room for parking. It has a bedroom and an additional room for storage or living area, but doesn't have a closet. There is also extra storage available. Please no pets: we don't have a fenced yard. We are looking for a one year lease. Pets are not allowed. The property is not fenced. Tenant pays: power (we have a wood stove for additional heat) internet, and garbage. The house is on a well and septic, no water and sewer bill. We require the tenant to maintain the yardwork; riding mower, weed trimmer, handheld blower and backpack blower for the driveway. In the spring and summer, the yard needs to be mowed every week. You can always hire a landscaper. I am available for a tour after reviewing application, I do not accept co-signers. Pets or smoking.
