There is also extra storage available. Please no pets: we don't have a fenced yard. We are looking for a one year lease. Pets are not allowed. The property is not fenced. Tenant pays: power (we have a wood stove for additional heat) internet, and garbage. The house is on a well and septic, no water and sewer bill. We require the tenant to maintain the yardwork; riding mower, weed trimmer, handheld blower and backpack blower for the driveway. In the spring and summer, the yard needs to be mowed every week.
