Please read "Additional information" also.This is a beautiful home set on a full acre with a volleyball court in SE corner, a kids fort combo swing set play area in SW corner, theirs a 12 inch Raised T-Box for chipping Golf Balls onto a 30 degree raised circular golf green 65 Yards away. Their are (3) 500 watt quartz lights mounted on the rear eve of the garage that light up the entire back yard and 2 more on the front eve of the garage for entertaining, parties, games, etc. There is a 16 person sunken redwood fire-pit with a concrete base and flooring with brick to hold the heat in on those breezy nights. I always used charcoal, that way you do not get smoked out from using wood. On days when its hot, you can open up one or more umbrellas and place them in any of the (6) pre-drilled insertion holes on the top plate of the fire-pit for shade. There is a horseshoe pit that is measured out to legal specs with (2) 300 watt quartz lights mounted on a pole, that is centered between both pits for playing at night. There are speakers mounted under the eve on the rear of the garage, so you can hook up your own stereo,etc. Then when you want to relax, just sit back in the 52 jetted hot tub and watch football with an ice cold drink, or listen to the stereo as their are speakers in the hot tub area and hook ups for a land line phone and intercom system, ALL OUTSIDE in it's own covered gazebo on the patio.
