There is a living room, a small kitchen, 2 bedrooms, utility room, and a bathroom. The refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer are all included. The refrigerator, stove and kitchen cabinets are all new! The flooring is new too. Also, the unit has been freshly painted and it comes with one parking spot in the back. The rent that I am asking for is $600.00. The rent includes water and sewage. I do not pay for heat or electricity. The outside of the house is going to be painted blue, this summer. - I do not accept anyone who has criminal convictions or any evictions (within 10 years) IF YOU HAVE AN EVICTION, LET'S NOT WASTE EACH OTHER'S TIME! - I am also requesting proof of employment and/or funds - I must have a security deposit upon acceptance - No Smoking - No dogs allowed - the insurance will not cover it - If you are bringing in any pests such as bed bugs, roaches, or mice, etc., then don't even bother applying because I will terminate the tenancy immediately.
