The home is located at the end of a quiet one lane road. It is a safe property with all tenants having a background check and no complaints as of yet with any unsafe issues. The property has not flooded. The property is less than 10 minutes from I-69. The home has an area for a washer and dryer but you would need to provide your own. I will schedule open home times for viewing of the home. I live quite a distance from this home, if you are wanting to view the home on a different time and date then verification of income would need to be provided.
