I love this little space. Very cozy. You can walk to Blackstone Brewery, Sandbar, and Centennial Park. 2 separate units available in the same building. Fully furnished right down to the wifi and cooking utensils. Typically used as a short term rental but available for the summer on a month to month basis, preferably 2 to 3 months to start. I have a studio and a 1 Bedroom in the same location here and will do short term lease on either for the same price.
