Incredible 1 bed/1bath, PET FRIENDLY cottage-style apartment with large, private patio/yard! This bright and lovely unit has a private entrance and a beautiful, FULLY PRIVATE YARD! It is part of a very small complex, and is in a building with only three units, side-by-side. The kitchen has a ton of character, a separate dining area, and all appliances included. The bedroom is a nice size and there are four separate, large closets in the apartment. Hardwood floors throughout. It's less than one mile to the beach, and very close to SMC, lots of great restaurants and coffee shops, and three different grocery stores! I'm the current tenant of the apartment who is looking for someone to take over my lease term (though you will need to sign a full, one-year lease). I'm so sorry to have to be leaving such a cute apartment in such an amazing location. I wouldn't be leaving if I didn't have to! It's also a rare find since they allow both large and small dogs, as well as cats, with only an additional, very reasonable pet deposit (mine was $250/animal) and no additional pet rent. I'm posting pictures of it empty before I moved in and also with furniture so you can get a sense of the scale, but the apartment will be rented unfurnished.
