Very quite, very well kept neighboorhood. NEVER have had any problems with theft, vandalism, no negative experiences ever there. Beautiful area, lots of trees. Not big city area, but not more than 20 minutes away from anything you could want or need, ie: hospitals, shopping, major restaurants, theaters..... Fabulous place to live, house is just too big for 2 people now all kids are gone.
