The Highmark's private shuttle service features an on call Cadillac Escalade and a shuttle van with 24/7 valet service and airport pick up to eliminate the need of an auto rental. As soon as you enter the luxurious lobby you know that this property is special. Common amenities include an owners lounge with a stone fireplace, large HDTV, a game table and BBQ grill. The exercise facility features state of the art equipment, free weights, men's and women's locker rooms, each with their own steam and shower facilities. The deli will feature pre-prepared entrees for those "night in" special dinners including a vast selection of cheeses, charcuterie and other specialty food items. Advance kitchen stocking services and personal chef/catering services will be offered as well. One of only three penthouse condominiums in this fabulous resort, Residence 6A offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms on the main level and a spacious loft with its own full bathroom all elegantly furnished in a Ralph Lauren Western motif. The large living area has beautiful wood floors, a vaulted ceiling, a stone gas fireplace and french doors leading to the covered balcony. Gourmet kitchen with GE Monogram stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Panoramic views from the Steamboat Ski Area sweeping across the lush Yampa Valley to Emerald Mountain. 2014 gross rental revenues exceeded $76,000!!
