It is a large neighborhood with a swimclub, tennis courts and a park included in the low quarterly homeowners dues. There are sevral walking trails and sidewalks throughout. It is well-kept and safe. The schools are excellent and the neighborhood has not been rezoned in the 12 years we have lived here; which is unheard of in the Mecklenburg school system.
