No dishwasher. New kitchen quartz countertop/backsplash, faucet and stainless steel sink to be installed in August. There is private storage space on the back of the building to store SUP's, bikes or surfboards. Old but quaint feel. Lower unit in a duplex building. Patio space in the front is private to this unit. Parking: there is no off-street parking here. However, this street (Myrtle Ave) is a rarity as there is plenty of street parking. The apartment sits on the West side of Myrtle Ave and there are no houses/apartments on the East side of Myrtle Ave which creates an abundance of parking spaces. This is rare in Hermosa Beach but it is a nice plus for those who choose to live here. You will need to obtain annual street parking permits from the City of Hermosa Beach at about $60/permit. Owner pays for Water and Trash. Renter pays for electric and gas. Parking is on street. Permits through the city, which is a quick easy process. Plenty of good street parking.
