Located on the uphill side of the street, this property has a tiered back yard of three levels. Although graded no improvements have been made other than stackable block walls to retain soil. This used to be the last house at the end of a culdesac but in 1990 the culdesac was opened up and connected to a new development known as Camerado Oaks. The adjacent properties to the north and directly across the street are all stucco clad exteriors. The street itself is used as a short cut into the development so traffic is probably heavier now than before the culdesac was opened yet it is not excessively noisey. Freeway noise can be heard because it does sit up high enough to hear traffic but that too is minimal depending on the wind and time of day.
