Mid term rental, our condo is our Paradise! My husband and I enjoy it during the fall thru December! Will not be down this year. Off season price is $1900 snowbirds season is$3400. We are both retired, so we thaught to rent it out while we are back up north, full amenities, sheets, towels,beach towels as well,everything in the kitchen! furniture is all brand new, very clean. We hope that who decides to rent it will keep it as clean as we do... January thru March is already rented out to our regulars . It's freshly painted and updated! parking for 2 cars, unfortunately we can not have pets, HOA does not allow pets! 55 and older great community, close to Tiki Bars, lots of restaurants by the water fronts! Our Association requires a back ground check $50 per person ! Need more info please contact me! This condo is available from August thru November and December! Thank you Evelyne Utilities are included, internet, there is a cleaning fee $275 and a background check thru the HOA @$50 PER PERSON NO SMOKING ALOUD we ask that you respect our property like its yours. We also recycle the trash! there is a recycle dumpster and a trash dumpster at the end of the building with white fencing! We have key in a lock box, with a code, if you lose a key, you need to pay for a replacement! No food should be left in the condo when you are leaving at the end of your time! You will also sign a lease !
