There are several indoor plants and 3 giant fiddle leaf fig trees that will require watering every 4 days. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed with Smart Roku TV & French doors leading to the lush patio. The second bedroom has a double bed, a desk and its own private toilet. The 3rd bedroom has a single/ twin bed and a desk. The stunning bathroom has been entirely remodeled. Open kitchen, dining room and living room boast views of the Griffith Park and the Observatory. Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, nespresso machine, toaster, vintage range/oven, microwave, washer/ dryer, and a breakfast bar. No TV in the living room. A cleaning service will be provided monthly. Enjoy nature and serenity while in the midst of the city! Lease is flexible - 1 month to 1 year.
