    What's special

The ideal tenant(s) should have excellent rental and professional references, a combined verifiable income no lower then $55,000 per year, a credit report of 650 or greater and no major criminal incidents. We are hoping to get a lease signed, ideally for September 15th, but as late as October 1st. I am showing the house Sunday August 18 from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm and Monday, August 19 from 2:30 pm - 8:00 pm. I will add new dates if needed. This rehabbed, large two bedroom single family home is located in NE Minneapolis. It has an eat-in kitchen, living room, dining room and office, plus a huge basement for storage and free laundry. The vintage kitchen features a vintage double oven with tons of cupboard space. There is a pantry off the kitchen for additional storage. The living room and dining room are large and have recently had their hardwood floors sanded and refinished. There is a bright sun room with off of the living room which would make an excellent office, hobby, or TV room or guest bedroom. The two bedrooms each have a walk in closet with a plethora of storage. There is also an secure mudroom great for bicycles. Finally, there is a backyard that would be perfect for cookouts in the summer. The house is nestled on a quiet street is Northeast that is made up of almost all single family homes. There are two parking pads off the alley. The home has a new roof, new insulation, new storm windows and has a high-efficiency furnace, so the gas bill is very reasonable. We have updated 200 AMP service and all grounded three prong outlets. We provide and install two window air conditioners the spring and remove in the fall. We ask for a security deposit of $1,500 and a $600 refundable pet deposit. We do not discriminate against specific animal breeds or weights. We ask that the tenant shovel the sidewalk (there is no driveway), and we take care of the all lawn, flower beds, landscaping and leaf-raking. The Quarry Shopping Center is 7 minutes away and has a Target, Cub, and Home Depot as well. There is also The NE Co-op for local and organic groceries, as well as an abundance of specialty beer and wine stores, and local butchers. There are tons of galleries and local boutiques along University, 3rd and 2nd Streets as well as amazing dining like The Sample Room, Hai Hai, Betty Danger's, Anchor Fish and Chips, Psycho Suzi's, Holy Land, and The NE Social Club. Of course there are plenty of coffee shops, pubs and breweries like Grumpy's, Indeed, The 331, Market BBQ, Dangerous Man, and Stanley's....many are within walking distance! Owner pays garbage and water; tenant pays gas and electric.
