    This is a unique property with lots of opportunity for profitable improvements. House listed is tucked in the southeat corner of the property. It began as a large storage garage and has been built into a cozy one bedroom/one bath home and a one car garage. A large Territorial style structure in the middle of the property houses a 1959 mfg home right down the middle (roof began as a ramada).
