Habana Cabana is a newly renovated bungalow located in Carrollwood, maintaining easy access to anywhere in Tampa. The property is just minutes away from the University of South Florida, Busch Gardens, MOSI, Raymond James Stadium, Yankees Spring Training, Lowry Park Zoo, and Tampa Airport. The bungalow is also central to many hospitals, including Adventhealth Tampa Carrollwood, Moffitt Cancer Center, St. Joseph's North South, HCA, and TGH facilities. World-famous Clearwater and St. Petersburg beaches, Tampa Downtown, and the river walk are also just a short drive away. Each bedroom is equipped with luxurious king and queen beds for a serene sleep, plentiful charging stations, and room-darkening shades. The dining area offers a sizable table accommodating eight people and is open to a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the necessities. The living room offers a nice lake view that you can enjoy from your comfortable sofa or the chaise lounge. Enjoy grilling in the beautiful Florida evenings from your backyard patio or take a short stroll to the Adirondack chairs by the lakefront, where you can unwind and enjoy the incredible lake view. The large private backyard with a fenced area is excellent for your approved pets to roam around freely. Orange Grove Park is right around the corner, where you can find tennis courts, baseball courts, a kids' playground, and a walking trail. We also provide some indoor and outdoor games available for you and your family to enjoy. The property also provides off-street parking for up to four cars. We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. Please check with us first for the applicable pet fee as it varies depending on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply due to the insurer's policy, prohibiting certain breeds such as Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-Dog hybrids, mixed breeds linked to any of the breeds described, and any trained attack or fighting dog. No smoking and no parties or events are allowed. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. A minimum rental age of 25 is required. For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. Nightly rate is based on standard occupancy rate, and additional occupancy fees may apply. Hourly rates may apply for early check-in or late check-out.
