The main level features an open great room with leather furniture arranged around a gas log fireplace and a 42" flatscreen TV. Tall windows and French doors open to mountain views. The dining table seats 8 and is adjacent to the kitchen, which boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A half bath and a mud room are conveniently located off the kitchen. The main level also includes a master suite with a King bed, French doors to the deck, and a large private bath with double vanities and a tiled shower. Downstairs, you'll find a large den area with a brand new pool table and another 42" flatscreen TV. There is a second master suite with a King bed, French doors to the lower level deck, and a private bath with a tub/shower. Additionally, there are two bedrooms on this level: one with a twin-over-full bunk bed set and its own bath with tub/shower, and another bedroom suite with a queen bed and its own private bathroom with a tub/shower. All three downstairs bedrooms have their own TV. This home allows up to 4 mature dogs and/or cats with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. The garage is not accessible by guests and is the homeowners' private storage area. Conveniently situated just minutes away from all the shopping, dining, and attractions in Boone and Blowing Rock, this lovely cabin offers easy access to the best of the High Country. 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended from November to April, and it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout is by 10am. No smoking is allowed inside the home, and no trace of smoking should be left outside. Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy are allowed, and outside noise should be kept respectable. Guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must be staying in the property for the reserved dates. An additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions must be electronically signed by the guest within 60 days of arrival. The virtual tour for this home shows extra twin beds in the bunk bedroom and queen bedroom downstairs; those twin beds have been removed. All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. A starter set of paper products is provided, including one roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths.
