This is an old Farmhouse built in 1902. It has been continually lived in since that date. It needs quite a bit of upgrades. House is presently lived in, but will be vacant in two weeks. It’s definitely a fixer-upper. On the plus side, the lot is just under an acre with pecan trees, grape vines, blueberry bushes, and it’s in an excellent location. There is a detached garage with power and water. I believe the electrical system was updated in the 90s. It has mostly steel plumbing pipes. The metal roof and the shingle roof was replaced approximately 10 years ago. A Trane heat pump was installed about five years ago, but the ductwork underneath the house could use some work. The house is located 1/3 of a mile from the Walmart in Richlands. The grounds the house is built on is like park land. Will add more photo in coming days
