The lot is 1.48 acres. We custom built our home, adding ALOT of extras. Things like 10 additional electric outlets in the garage(had it painted also) and both porches & master bedroom, added transom windows around the front door. We went with the best carpet padding, to add to the quality of the carpet, when we were choosing things. We have added a extension to the front drive for parking, and a 30’ concrete patio extended from the covered Bach porch. During construction we had a gas line installed, so we can convert to gas to cook or add to for a fireplace(gas logs) or outdoors cook area.
