The Cozy Room is a very cozy space, with its own bathroom, stove, refrigerator and large kitchen sink it's a nice space to rent. The electric and water and inside the gate parking place are included in the rent. We are located 20 minutes from Asheville & 20 minutes from Waynesville. The Cozy Room is located onthe rear side of our private home. the Cozy Room is very private with a rear deck area. 12-month lease with first and last month's rental deposit to be paid upon accepting the lease and before moving in day. No smoking iside the Cozy Room but allowed right outside on the deck. We will allow 1 cat and no dogs.
