Original owner of this custom ranch home had an eye for comfort, privacy, and usability of an open floor plan design. Vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, built-in wall of storage in living area. Front foyer is separated by glass French Doors adds a special elegance to the home. First floor utility room not a walk thru area like most homes & big walk-in pantry is a plus. Huge finished basement area also has a half bath for guests. Wooded back drop adds to the professionally done landscaping with year round color ---- Back yard is private with no neighbors living across the back lot line. Behind the lot line, is a small wooded area the in non build-able. Both the back wooded area and natural privacy lining the sides of the yard are extremely nice. The back yard also includes a fire-pit with a brick landscape surrounding it. Front and back are professionally landscaped with underground drainage from downspouts running underground and under built up soft- and hard-scapes. The home have 13' tall vaulted ceilings throughout the kitchen and living room. which is one large space. Very convenient for entertaining. The kitchen, laundry, pantry, home entry, and bathrooms are all the same larger tile. The bedrooms (3 - all main floor) have carpet along with the living room. The division of tile to carpet in the large living space becomes a natural/subtle divider. The kitchen/dining goes straight out the concrete patio in the secluded backyard. Master bathroom contains a large double vanity, toilette, and stand up shower. Main bathroom contains tub/bath combo, toilet, and a medium-large single vanity. The downstairs also has a half bathroom with vanity and toilet. All bedrooms have a half-vault that goes standard to ~13' towards the wall closest to the center of the house. About 60% of the basement is finished off in a very long. Could vary easier have a projector put in, we just bought a big 70" tv. Side room is multi-use, and we currently use it as a workout area but could easily be an office with with a smaller basement window shedding in some light from the backyard. We use one small unfinished room as the tool/workshop. The other unfinished space includes most of the mechanicals. It has a surprising amount of storage space and large shelving units for how large the finished space is. The previous owners had a dry bar downstairs that they disassembled and took with them. It was made into a mini open office space, but there are water lines on the other side of the wall to convert the space into a bar space (wet or dry is up to you). The unfinished tool room is the other side of the wall. There is also a gas in-wall heating unit downstairs which is rarely used. It can be easily removed or used in case of winter heat if the furnace ever goes out, which it never has but after this past 2018-19 winter... It is one of the best laid out floor plans in the neighborhood. Go ahead and compare, but if it ever does go on the market it will not last long. If we didn't need the space we'd remodel the kitchen/living room a slight bit to be more modern. The one half wall could be taken out, but there may be a column needed (ask an engineer). The scissor truss construction runs through the whole house, giving great height to all the main level rooms.. We have the original house blueprints if needed. Open to working with Buyer's agents, but we will not be paying commission. That will be paid by the buying party if they choose to use an agent/broker.
