Preferably a single tenant but could accommodate two. The house is in the process of getting new paint, new heaters, lights, kitchen cabinets and flooring. Some new windows are also going to be installed in the middle of December. Looking for quite, long term tenants. My last tenant was there 13 years and I'm hoping for a similar new long term tenant, preferably one but two will work (three or more will not work) to a one year lease. A single cat is ok but no dogs. Utilities that need to be paid on top of rent are electricity, water, and septic at $200 per month. All other utilities need to be paid by tenant directly to the utility company. The property is approximately one acre and the landlords house is at the other end of the property. All outside maintenance is included in rent although if you want to do your own gardening/decorating that is completely fine. It is in the woods and quite. The house will be available 1/1/2026 No smoking inside the house.
