The bottom floor apartment is located on a large wooded property in a quiet rural setting. It is a separate living space with its own kitchen, bathroom, living area, and two bedrooms. The property is approximately 25 30 minutes from downtown Eugene, 15 minutes from West Eugene, and 10 minutes from Veneta. There are also numerous wineries in the surrounding area. There may also occasionally be optional work-trade opportunities, such as landscaping, maintenance, projects around the property, or occasional childcare/babysitting.
