We have a very quiet, comfortable property here on the shores of Lake Erie. Our 1 and 2 bed room suites are very roomy. 1 beds are 775 Sq. Feet and the 2 beds are 925 Sq. Feet. Our kitchens are captain kitchens, stove and fridge on one side and sink on the other. Large living room with wall to wall carpet, or hard wood floors. We have a linen closet, a coat closet, and a bed room closet for your storing needs. Bath rooms are updated with vanity, refinished tubs and updated tile flooring. We provide blinds, and A/C unit and ceiling fans in the dining room and all appliances. We pay the heat, cooking gas, garbage and sewer. We accept small pets for an additional fee. Call or stop by for those prices. 1 Beds are $850 and up; 2 Beds are $950 and up The application fee is $32.00 per adult applying. We need to see your ID and 2 months of pay stubs. Our office is open Monday thru Friday from 9am till 5pm and on Saturdays from 10am till 2pm. WE REQUIRE RENTER'S INSURANCE. All applications taken online with a $32 fee.
