The tiny home is fully furnished and features a lofted bed with double size mattress; a kitchenette with sink, fridge, and double electric burner; a living area with leather loveseat; bar dining/work area with two stools; and a bathroom with shower stall. The unit is small but bright, clean, and super chic. You have full access to our shared garden, featuring 24 fruit trees, a hammock, bbq, lounge area, fire pit, seasonal veggies, and more. 2 dogs live in our home and frequent the garden! You have a private entrance with a coded gate lock and ample street parking. We're open to a 6 or 12-month lease. No smoking allowed in the unit. No pets as we have 2 dogs who live part-time at our house. All utilities included, but renter will want to set up & pay for their own (stronger) wifi network.
