Yes - within walking distance of most all your needs. A few of the highlights; Newer Kitchen, large bedroom with a walk-in closed, central formal dining room with hutch, living room with a smart TV and high speed Wifi and a couch that pulls out into a double bed, SW facing sunroom, new carpet, Central AC for those sticky August summer days, nine foot ceilings and large windows to enhance those sunny days and the views into a bird haven yard. In the basement you'll find new washer and dryers and an infrared sunna. Truly a comfortable place to make home. The living room has a new HD TV, infrared wood burning stove and a couch that pulls out into a double sized bed.
