I have a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath split level home (2,200 sq ft) in North Fort Collins (Maple Hill neighborhood). Looking to rent the top half of the home. It is approximately 1400 sq ft, 3 bed (includes the master suite), 2 bath, and living room. I would live in the lower half of the home. Kitchen and laundry would be shared. $1,600 rent plus utilities which runs $220 a month (water, trash, electric and internet). Space would be unfurnished. Alternatively, I can rent individual bedrooms: - Master with the master bath and a garage space for $800 (+$110 in utilities) - Two bedrooms with an adjacent bath for $800 (street parking, +$110 in utilities). Furnished shared space. All yardwork would be taken care. I do have two, small dogs. No cats allowed. One additional dog would be considered. Additionally, no smoking (in / out of the house). Looking for no more than 1-2 folks to share the space with. Credit / background check required. Ideally credit score of 670+ and rent does not exceed 25-30% of income. A little about me ...
