1. Premises The leased premises is a refurbished basement residential unit located at the property address stated in this Lease. 2. Lease Term Yearly Lease 3. Rent Tenant agrees to pay monthly rent of $1800 due by the end of each month 4. Security Deposit Tenant shall pay a security deposit of $1800 due prior to move-in, to be held in accordance with applicable state law. 5. Utilities Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including but not limited to electricity, gas, water, trash, sewer, and internet, unless otherwise required by law. 6.
