Two significantly sized closets with storage bins, hangers, drawers and shelves. Street parking is plentiful in this area and free from NW 25th and up. Radiator heat unit in the apartment, optional window air conditioner for summers. Crate & Barrel deep sectional can serve as a crash pad / extra bed for the occasional guest, small desk/chair for an optional workspace that can also be stored in a closet if not. New linens/memory foam topper/towels for bed and kitchen. Medium sized fridge, standard electric oven and microwave, and a lovely kitchen nook for meals.
