House Painted - 2014. New roof and gutter system in 2013. New Carrier furnace and ac, sixteen seer natural gas 2011. The basement has an office area (painted and carpet 2012) and a family room with bar, workout area fireplace, foosball (painted and carpet 2012) and large storage room. Laundry room and additional storage with highly efficient whirlpool washer and steam dryer, 2012. Walk up attic that could be used for extra storage. The GE refrigerator and GE microwave with convection oven were replaced in 2019 due to storm electric surge. Upstairs - all carpet removed, and hardwood floors have been refinished, all rooms painted in Jan 2023. All bathrooms upgraded and refinished with new plumbing fixtures, updating showers with niches and the cast iron tub resurfaced, toilets, three new vanities with marble and quartz tops, accessories, quiet exhaust fans, hardware, new led lighting, etc. Door and all hardware updated and now black. The bedrooms have been painted with closets painted. All electrical outlets and switches are being replaced along with all doorknobs. All closets are getting a switch to update from old pull string light bulbs with new led lighting. All door hardware is being updated to new black knobs and hardware. Two new ceiling fans in two bedrooms with led light and the other bedrooms have new led ceiling lights. New tv mounts with hidden wiring in two bedrooms. All windows will be getting new blinds or window treatment when all remodeling is complete. The den is repainted, mantle is updated, new lighting above bookcase with dimmer and led lighting, new black slate for fireplace to modernize it. New led ceiling lights, den closet is updated with led light with switch and locking doorknob hardware to match upstairs black look. The floor is tiled to replace the old carpet. A new tv mount with hidden wiring and an outlet in den with all wiring for speakers in wall to clean up wire clutter. The bookcase has a slide out for the computer and all the wiring is hidden. Another outlet is added in the den. New registers in bath and den. All are black to go with new hardware. The den bath is updated with new accessories, mirror. new electrical switches and a new GFCI outlet added, hardware, toilet, new vanity with quartz top. floor is tiled to update the old vinyl flooring. In the sunroom - a new ceiling fan. The ceiling was sheet rocked to replace the old popcorn ceiling. Future projects - house painting, a new shed, a new deck, and patio. gas fireplace inserts, new fiberglass doors. door hardware and generator. New alarm system coming this year. I am also looking at adding a bath in the basement but need to insure it works and pass code. Will consider removing several trees and redoing driveway as our budget dictates. Update to solar if feasible after trees are removed.
